Tuesday - April 1st
1) Get into your groups from yesterday. One person from your group: open this document, Human rights and the constitution. Make a copy, and share with me: [email protected]
2) Read the descriptions of the three amendments again, and fill out what number amendment matches each human right in the table. Everyone should be working together.
3) Answer the questions at the bottom. Everyone work with your group!
4) Individually create a blog on Face to Faith: (if you don't finish, this becomes your HW)
Wednesday
1) Pick a partner. Below is a short list of global leaders and advocates for Civil Rights. Your group will investigate the lives and contributions of one Civil Rights leader on the list.
2) Open the Civil Rights Investigation sheet, save a copy to your drive, and fill it out with your partner. Share the document with me. Use your own words - don't copy and paste.
Please note: There are thousands of people around the world who have made very important contributions to Civil Rights movements in their countries. This is not an exhaustive list of Civil Rights leaders but a starting point for your inquiry and investigation. Feel free to look at other resources about these people - this is a starting point.

2) Make sure you did the blog from Tuesday - how are human rights protected in the US Constitution, and why do you think some people might not feel their rights are protected?

1) Investigate the religion you've been assigned and its views on human rights
2) On a large piece of paper, write down:
- the key points of this religion
- its view on human beings
- how do you think followers of this religion would be influenced to behave towards other people?

- How would my life be different without the protection under of the law of this Civil Right?

- Reflect on which ‘rights’ of the citizen these Amendments protect.
