Objectives:
Reflect on themes from the semester, including compassion, art, beauty, and empathy
Create a virtual “time capsule” about what students have learned in this class and what is important to them at this time
Analyze a documentary film with respect to the themes of this semester
Essential Questions: How do art and technology influence culture?
What have you learned from this class? What will you take away from it?
Assessment of Learning
Small- and whole-group discussion; individual assignments; end-of-semester test.
Arts/Technology Integration Strategy
Videos and Powerpoint slides will be shown. Students will watch and analyze a movie and use their Chromebooks for assignments.

Hook: What will you remember in 10 years about who you are now? What will you remember from this class?
Direct Instruction: Teacher will lead students through warm-ups and directions.
Guided Practice: The teacher will lead discussions and provide examples.
Independent Practice: Students will work individually to complete assignments.
Closure: Students will watch and reflect on a movie with respect to the themes from this semester.
Materials/Resources: Handouts will be provided. Students should bring their Chromebooks every day, as well as something to write with.
