Set a SMART goal for yourself about how to improve in this area, including the strategy you will use
2) Go to Infinite Campus and see what you are missing for this class if you don't already know. You should have a Google Drive folder for this class, shared with me, with 3 documents from Mon and Tues in it - Goal Setting, Study habits, and Time Management. Make sure you have those three, filled out in the folder.
3) If you are all done with those things, open the stress management document. Save to your own drive.
